What This Shop Is
OCRV Center exists because of a gap that anyone who has owned a recreational vehicle has run into. A body shop will take the collision damage but will not touch the slide. An RV dealer will service the systems but sends the paint out. Meanwhile the adjuster is waiting on two estimates from two vendors and the coach sits for a month before anyone turns a wrench.
We built a facility that removes that entirely. Structural, body, paint, fiberglass, interior, electrical, plumbing, generator, and appliance work all happen at one address under one work order. That is not a marketing position, it is a floor plan, and it is why a job that takes three vendors eight weeks routinely takes us three.
We work on all years, all makes, and all classes. On a given day the shop holds a Class A diesel pusher next to a current model Sprinter, a Rivian delivery van, and a vintage restoration. The Facility
- Size: 35,000 square feet, with bay depth for the longest fifth wheel and yard space to stage a coach without blocking a lane.
- Paint booth: Downdraft, sized for full length Class A motorhomes and commercial box bodies. Your vehicle is refinished in a controlled environment rather than under a tent.
- Structural capability: Measurement against factory specification with certified welding in steel and aluminum.
- Fabrication: In house welding and fabrication, so a part that does not exist gets made rather than sourced from nowhere.
- Capacity: 50 to 150 repairs per month, 20 major collisions per month, 50 to 100 paint jobs per month.

We are about 25 miles from Newport Beach, a straight run up the 55 to the 91. Roughly thirty minutes outside peak traffic. That matters more than it sounds for a vehicle you cannot thread through surface streets, and it is why we set the yard up for large vehicle access.
Newport Beach vehicles arrive with a recognizable set of problems. Coastal storage means salt driven corrosion, accelerated clear coat and gelcoat failure, and humidity that keeps delamination spreading year round.
