Where to Read Reviews
What Customers Consistently Mention
- Communication: Weekly updates without chasing is the single most cited thing, which says more about the industry than about us.
- One facility: Owners who previously split a job across vendors notice the difference in schedule immediately.
- Insurance handling: Documentation that gets supplements approved rather than debated.
- Complex and modified vehicles: Converted vans and heavily modified builds that other shops declined.
- Honesty about scope: Being told when something is outside our scope, or when a repair is not worth doing.
Where We Have Fallen Short
Not every review is five stars and pretending otherwise would be insulting. The criticism we receive most is about turnaround time on large, complex jobs, particularly where a claim involved multiple supplement cycles.
Some of that is genuinely outside our control, since a supplement awaiting carrier review stops work entirely. Some of it was ours, where we did not communicate a delay quickly enough. The weekly update commitment exists specifically because of that feedback, and we would rather tell you about a delay than have you discover it.
Leaving a Review
If we did good work, a review genuinely helps other owners find a shop that handles their vehicle class. If we did not, tell us first. We would rather fix it than read about it, and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Workmanship and Materials means bringing it back is a real option rather than a slogan.
